Juggernaut - I don't use a melee guy. Master Tactician - I almost always Reserve all mechs and then go in a row after all enemies. Since most have Bulwark, and I don't want to shoot an enemy with Evasive only for them to gain it back before my others mechs go, I just don't find this skill attractive. #9.

When you're fumbling around in mediums early game you have a bit more leeway, particularly when it comes to Master Tactician. - EVASIVE MOVEMENT + ACE PILOT + SENSOR LOCK. This is a build for light scouts.
